Apart from the subject and scope, scientific studies aims to serve the nature, human beings and animals. Scientists has a responsibility towards the environment and society while spreading the knowledge. The effects of the scientific studies towards the living organisms are set by rules around the world and in our country in name of ethics. The development status of environmentally advanced country, is proportional to the respect and responsibility they feel towards the nature and living organisms. This study aims to determine where to stop in the goal of spreading information that we need or in other words how far that we can go on a framework to determine boundaries.
