Although the giant cell tumors are radiologically and clinically aggressive, they are benign tumors. They frequently show sacral involvement in the spine and require close follow-up due to the high risk of recurrence. It occurs after the epiphyses have closed. They are less common in childhood and are more common in women. Their a clinical table include local pain from serious neurological deficits. Radiotherapy and chemotherapy can be added to treatment in cases where surgical treatment is insufficient.
