Thoracolumbar junction fractures are fractures involving the Th10-L2 vertebrae. We encounter fractures of this region due to trauma, osteoporosis, primary bone tumors and secondary bone tumors. When fractures related to this region are raised, the instability of the spine and the appearance of neurological deficits raise surgical or conservative treatment options. Currently, minimally invasive procedures other than major surgeries can be performed on selected patients who are eligible. Vertebroplasty and Kyphoplasty can be performed safely and effectively in patients with indications. Patients who are eligible or whose general condition is not suitable for major surgery may be advised not to plan this treatment. In particular, it is possible to relieve acute pain and increase the height of the vertebral body.
