This condition can cause narrowing of the spinal canal and nerve roots, pain, limited movement and loss of function. This situation has paved the way for the development of dynamic and semi-dynamic systems that provide and maintain the stability and mobility of the spine. These systems are designed to provide physiological load distribution of the spine, preserve disc height and reduce pressure on the facet joints. However, it is necessary to keep on mind that some basic problems of these dynamic systems depending on the materials used.
