Sacral fractures are 2% of all spinal fractures. Sacrum fractures are divided into three groups; stress fractures, pathological fractures and traumatic fractures. Denis classification is the most common and accepted classification. The most common clinical problem of sacral fractures is pain. Neurological disorders can develop an average of 22-50%. Computed tomography is the gold standard examination in diagnosis. Treatment is generally conservative, especially in patients without neurological deficits. Surgery is recommended for pain control and early mobilization in patients with neurological deficits in unstable fractures.
